Return Policy

As an independent artist, returns for any reason are only accepted within 15 days of purchase, as long as the art is in its original condition. You will receive either a full refund or a credit toward another painting or print. Original shipping/handling/processing charges will not be refunded or credited. Return shipping to Marie Powell Gallery is at your expense and the artwork must be returned in its original condition. After 15 days from date of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. If there is damage to the item, the refund or credit becomes null and void.
