Return Policy
As an independent artist, returns for any reason are only accepted within 15 days of purchase, as long as the art is in its original condition. The customer will receive either a full refund or a credit toward another painting or print at the customer's discretion. Original shipping/ handling/ processing charges will not be refunded or credited. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
Return shipping to Marie Powell Gallery is at your expense and the artwork must be returned in its original condition. After 15 days from date of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. If there is damage to the item, the refund or credit becomes null and void.
If a purchased painting or print is shipped to you and arrives damaged, please contact Marie Powell Gallery immediately. We will provide you with information on how to proceed and will work with you to resolve the situation.
